Herb Infused Flavored Oils

  • Lemon, Lime or Orange
  • Sage, Rosemary, Basil, Thyme or Oregano
  • Chili, Pepper, or Garlic
  • Olive Oil or Sunflower Oil

Let’s Cook:

  • Chop your choice of flavor into pieces
  • Put it into a glass bottle that can be sealed well, bottles with cock stoppers work best
  • Add in the oil of your choice into the bottle & seal
  • Let it soak for 1 day in a dry place & it is ready to use

Note: You can use these flavored oils for salad dressings, pasta & marinate. In addition, You should keep your flavored oils in the refrigerator and use it within a week if you’re using fresh herbs or flavorings such as garlic, lemon or orange. You can keep flavored oils longer if you use dried herbs.
